This class is the perfect accompaniment to a dancer’s training. Strength and flexibility are a huge and important part of dance technique.
Students can expect to:
– Gain full body strength and coordination
– Increase flexibility and mobility
– Develop more power needed for leaps, jumps and complex dance steps
– Enhance body awareness and safety through movement (injury prevention)
– Improve core strength
